Please read these Terms of Service (collectively with Womany’s Privacy Policy, the “Terms”) carefully before using shopemer.com (the “Site”) and the services, features, promotions, credits, content, applications, or products offered by Womany Company LTD and its affiliates (“we”, “us”, “our” or “Womany”) (together with the Site and the Application, the ”Services”) in Vietnam. These Terms set forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site and the Services and your purchase of products sold through the Services. Understanding these Terms is crucial as you engage with our Services.

About Womany

We develop and sell holistic feminine care products (“Products”) through single transactions or subscription plans. Our customers (“you”) can also benefit from our rewards program. Our Services are primarily offered through our online e-commerce platform (shopemer.com). Currently, we only ship products directly to consumers in Vietnam.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS

Binding Agreement. These Terms create a legally binding contract between Womany and you, whether or not you are a registered user. By using the Services in any manner, including registering for an account, visiting, browsing, or making purchases through the Site, you agree to these Terms and all other operating rules, policies, and procedures that may be published on the Site or through the Services by us, each incorporated by reference and subject to updates. SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping. We offer shipping within Vietnam, with delivery times depending on your location. We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of receipt. Delivery times may vary due to external factors beyond our control.
